We aim to bring joy into education and help each person find their magic.
Everyday Lessons is committed to meeting the educational, emotional, and social needs of every learner we support.
We work in close partnership with schools, local authorities, parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure that each young person’s voice is heard, respected, and central to their journey. Our person-centred approach integrates education with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) support, with a particular focus on Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA), supporting learners to re-engage with education, employment, or training in a way that is safe, meaningful, and sustainable.
We provide guidance around Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), offer tailored advice, and build strong networks of internal and external support.
Learning pathways are co-created with each learner, shaped by their interests, strengths, learning styles, and career aspirations, while meeting National Occupational Standards (NOS) in line with awarding body requirements wherever applicable. Through initial assessments, Individual Learning Plans (ILPs), and regular support meetings, we ensure learners remain engaged, supported, and progressing at a pace that is right for them.
Our approach supports learners to develop confidence, resilience, and essential life skills, helping them to manage emotions, reduce stress, build self-awareness, and improve overall well-being while re-engaging with learning. Strong relationships sit at the heart of our practice, creating calm, supportive environments where learners feel safe, valued, and understood.
